After about 48 hours on the market we have an offer on the house. It's a full price offer but it's contingent on the buyer selling their home. There are some advantages to this offer -- for instance, it allows me to continue marketing the house in case a better offer comes along, and I've already used the existence of this offer to encourage another potential buyer to raise their price. Anyway, we have a proposal, we're making a counterproposal (just changing some dates by which things need to be done) and we should have a better idea Monday where we stand.
